STORE POLICY
Production Upon Order
All items in the shop are handmade and produced upon order. Therefore, each order requires a specific production time, which can vary between 5 and 20 business days, depending on the model.
Payment
To confirm the production of your order, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount + shipping is required. The other 50% will be charged after the item is finished, and can be paid before shipping or upon personal pickup (if applicable).
Shipping and Delivery
After the item is finished, shipping is done via Swiss Post, with an estimated delivery time between 2 and 20 business days. The shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase. Orders over 100 CHF qualify for free shipping.
Personalization
We accept personalized requests for color, size, or model. For this, please contact us before the purchase to confirm availability and timeframe.
Exchanges and Returns
As these are handmade, custom-made products, we do not accept exchanges or returns, except in case of a defect. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, sending photos of the product.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, the item may have already entered production and the amounts paid cannot be refunded.
