Made-to-order production
In addition to our collection and ready-to-ship items, Lumera Crochet & 3D also offers made-to-order pieces.
Made-to-order items are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Therefore, production time may vary between 5 and 20 business days, depending on the selected model and level of customization.
Payment
To confirm the start of production, advance payment of 50% of the total order value + shipping is required.
The remaining 50% will be charged after the piece is completed and can be paid before shipping.
Orders only go into production after confirmation of payment of the deposit.
Shipping and Delivery
Once the item is completed (or after order confirmation for ready-to-ship items), shipping is carried out via Swiss Post.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders over CHF 100 qualify for free shipping.
Local pickup may be arranged by prior appointment.
Personalization
Customization options such as color, size, or design are available exclusively for made-to-order items.

Exchanges and Returns
As made-to-order items are handcrafted and tailored to individual requests, exchanges or returns are not accepted, except in the case of defects.
Collection and ready-to-ship items may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
In the event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item.
Cancellations
Cancellations of made-to-order items are accepted only within 24 hours after order confirmation.
After this period, production may have already begun, and payments made will not be refundable.
